Back in April, I was asked to present to the board of Tennis Norway on the topic of “What makes an effective tennis federation”. The presentation, which considered all of my 25 years experience as Director of Development at the ITF, looked at some of the things that I believe makes the difference in being effective in all areas of a tennis federation’s remit including the areas of MORE PLAYERS and BETTER PLAYERS.
