Yesterday I attended the Asian Tennis Federation Board meeting which took place on the site of the Australian Open at the Tennis Australia offices. Tennis Australia CEO Craig Tiley attended the very productive meetings at which increased cooperation between Tennis Australia and the ATF was discussed.
Later that day I was very fortunate to be invited to attend the President’s Box for the evening session and saw two great matches, Williams against Halep and Medvedev against Djokovic. It all finished at 1 am but was a great night’s tennis.
I had the chance to catch up with many tennis colleagues during the evening including ATF Board member and Japan Open tournament director Nao Kawatei.
