I was very pleased to have been invited to attend the annual meeting of COTECC, the Regional Association for Central America and the Caribbean.
This was the first Regional AGM at which I had the opportunity to present my vision for the ITF to their delegates and I want to thank their President, Persio Maldonado and his board for the invitation.
I met with many of the delegates attending and also met up with my good friends and former colleagues Luca Santilli, Cecilia Ancalmo, John Goede and James McGurren who were part of my team at the ITF and who attended the meeting.
I was born in the Caribbean and I have always enjoyed my time there and Santo Domingo is a great city. The AGM finished with an official closing dinner in downtown Santo Domingo with all the delegates.
