Just heading back to London after a great few days attending and speaking at the Italian PTR national coaches’ conference. Over 200 coaches attended and I made three presentations including an on court presentation on ensuring high quality training in the 5 game situations with performance players and another on UTR.
I had a chance to meet up again with my friend Luciano Botti, who was overall in charge of the arrangements for the conference. He is such an exceptional person and it’s always a pleasure to spend time with him. I also saw Donato Campagnoli and Luigi Bertino who had the tough job to translate for me into Italian.
Now preparing for a pretty continuous three month stint in Asia starting on September 23 which includes the two Asian Coach Conferences in Doha and Hong Kong. Looking forward to it.
