Another busy day in UAE!
The Dubai Open finished yesterday and so today I moved to Abu Dhabi. It has changed so much since I was last here in 2002 with so many new tennis facilities.
Began the day with a workshop for coaches from 8 until 1. This was followed with a meeting about UAE tennis development with the Abu Dhabi Sports Council and representatives of Mubadala, the organisation that sponsors the men’s World Championship of tennis each year in January. It was a very constructive meeting and I am optimistic about the future of tennis here.
