This is an interview I gave in Hong Kong recently during the Asian Coach Conference where I was asked to explain the new ATF Asian 14-and under circuit and the feed-in system guaranteeing all players 5 singles matches.
This revamped circuit will be launched in 2019 with 10 category A events and the circuit will be open to all players worldwide. It’s so important for performance players aged between 12 and 18 to be playing 80-100 good matches each year and the new competition placement format will be more player friendly and will help players more easily reach this level of matches.
